부산은 대표적인 여름 휴양지인 동시에 다양한 일출을 볼 수 있는 일출 명소, 해맞이 명소이기도 하다. 해는 동쪽에서 뜨기 때문에 결국 동해안 쪽에서 일출을 보게 되는데, 부산은 우리나라 끄트머리에 자리 잡고 있기 때문에 광안리, 해운대, 송정, 그리고 외곽의 기장에 이르기까지 넓은 동해안을 포함하고 있고, 송도, 영도 등의 남해안도 포함하고 있는 특징이 있다. 

해돋이 장소로 유명한 강원도의 정동진이나 우리나라에서 가장 해가 일찍 뜨는 간절곶도 좋지만 부산에서는 좀 더 다양한 위치에서 다양한 일출을 볼 수 있으며 다른 지방에 비해 남쪽에 있다는 것도 조금은 덜 춥고 가족이나 연인 단위로 일출을 보기에 좋은 것 같다.

1. 해운대 해수욕장

(HaeUnDae Beach)

부산에서 일출을 볼 수 있는 곳은 여러 곳이 있으나 가장 많은 사람이 모이고 해마다 해맞이 축제가 열리는 곳이다. ‘해운대’ 라는 이름값이 있는데 다가, 지하철 등으로 편하게 갈 수 있고, 장소도 워낙 방대하다는 장점이 있다. 물론, 1월 1일이면 그 넓은 곳이 꽉 찬다. 일출을 본 후, 인근 국밥집 (소고기 국밥집, 돼지 국밥집 등)에 들러 몸을 따뜻하게 녹일 수 있다. 사람 많은 거 싫은 사람에게는 비추천, 많은 사람들과 함께 즐기고 싶고, 북적거리는 거 좋아하는 사람들에게 추천한다. 

HaeUnDae is a super famous place in Korea in which various festival is beld every year. Also public transportation is great. And the place is huge. But the huge place is packed with visitors on the 1st of January. After Sun-rise, you can have Gukbab at Gukbab restaurants which are near the beach. It will make you feel warm and cozy. But I wouldn’t recommend the place if you don’t care for crowded places. If you like to celebrate sun-rise with many people, the place is perfect for you. 

2. 광안리 해수욕장

(Gwang-An Beach)

부산을 대표하는 것 중의 하나인 광안대교, 1년 중에 유일하게 광안대교를 올라갈 수 있는 날이기도 하다. 광안대교 상층부 위에서 좀 더 높은 곳에서 아무런 장애 없이 가깝게 볼 수 있다. 한 번 정도는 이곳에서 일출을 보는 것도 색다른 경험이다. 하지만 바다 한가운데이기도 하고 추위를 막아주는 것이 전혀 없기 때문에 추위를 잘 타는 분들에게는 권하지 않는다. 개인적으로 부산 또는 부산 인근에서 보는 해돋이 중에 가장 춥다고 생각한다. 

GwangAn Bridge is one of the most famous bridges in Busan. New year’s day is the only Day that you can climb on the bridge. So you can watch Sun-rise and the scenery at the higher place without blocking your sight. It will be an extraordinary experience to watch sun-rise here. But it is in the middle of sea and nothing can keep you from cold, strong wind in the air. So it can be colder than other places in Busan. Personally, the place was the coldest Sun-Rise spot in Busan. 

3. 송정 해수욕장

(SongJeong Beach)

평소 서핑으로 유명한 곳으로 해운대 해수욕장에 비해 한적하고 조용한 느낌이다. 일출이 장소에 따라 다르고 날짜에 따라서 다른 풍경을 연출하는 경향이 있으나 특히, 송정 해수욕장은 일출을 보는 각도에 따라서 다양한 느낌을 맛볼 수 있는 곳이기도 하다. 해수욕장 입구의 죽도에 있는 송일정 이라고 하는 정자와 일출이 잘 어우러지며 한 폭의 동양화를 보는 것 같은 느낌도 든다. 그리고 송정 옆으로 쭉 이어지는 해안 도로를 따라 드라이브하는 것도 또 하나의 재미이다. 송일정은 월출이 유명한 곳이기도 하다.

It is less crowded than HaeUnDae and famous for surf. The Scenery can be very different depending on places and dates, and the angle you see the sun, so you can see different view every time. The sun goes well with SonIlJeong which is a kiosk in Jukdo Park at the entrance of the beach. It is like a piece of oriental painting. Also you can drive the coastal road along Songjeong beach. SongIlJeong is famous for watching moon – rise, as well.

4. 송정포구

(SongJeong Port)

송정에서 일출을 보는 사람은 송정 해수욕장과 송정포구로 나뉘게 된다. 거리 상 가깝기 때문에 두 군데 다 갈 수도 있긴 하지만, 풍경을 생각해보고 먼저 볼 곳을 본 후에 나머지 곳을 가면 된다. 날씨에 따라서 해가 뜬 후에도 멋있을 수 있다. 송정 해수욕장이 정자 주변의 일출이라면 송정포구는 등대 위로, 또는 등대 사이로 보이는 일출이 일품이다. 어디서 보든지 오메가(Ω 모양의 일출)를 볼 확률은 그리 높지 않다. 덕이 많은 사람만 볼 수 있다는...

When you go to SongJeong, there are two places you can watch sun-rise ; the beach and the port. They are very close so you can go to both places, So you choose which one you want to see first. Depending on the weather, it can be also very beautiful after sun-rise. You can see Sun-rise with the Kiosk at Songjeong Beach. You can see sun-rise over or between the lighthouses at Songjeong Port. If you are lucky you can watch Omega shaped sun-rise, but very rare.

5. 해운대 달맞이길

(DalMaJi Road/Moontan Road)

바다와 동백 숲, 소나무 숲이 어우러져 뻥 뚫린 일출은 아니지만 운치 있는 일출을 볼 수 있는 곳이다. 달맞이길 이라는 이름 답게 월출이 매우 유명하여 대한 8 경에 포함되어 있는 곳이기도 하다. 달맞이길 모든 곳에서 일출을 볼 수 있는 것은 아니며 장소에 따라서 시야를 가리는 곳이 많기 때문에 일출을 볼 장소를 찾아야 한다. 보는 곳에 따라 전혀 다른 풍경이 펼쳐지는 곳이다.

It is not wide open place to watch sun rise because of the sea, forest and pine trees, but the scenery is exotic and cool. Dalmajigil which means moon road is famous for moon rise spot, as well. It is one of the eight great view in South Korea. Not at every spot in Dalmajigil, you can see Sun rise. At some spots, it can block your sight, so you should find the good place to see the sun there. Also depending on where you are, you can have different view.

6. 해운대 청사포

(CheongSaPo)

해운대 중에서 그나마 덜 알려져 있는 일출 명소였으나, 청사포 다릿돌 전망대라는 스카이워크도 생기면서 사람들의 방문이 점점 잦아지고 있는 곳이다. 일출이 빨간색과 하얀색의 등대와 어우러지며, 가끔 다니는 어선들과 맞물리면서 분위기 있는 풍경을 연출하기도 한다. 청사포는 조개 구이로 유명한 곳이기도 하다. 일출을 본 후에 지금은 사용하지 않는 철길을 따라 걷는 것도 운치 있다.

It used to be a less known sun rise spot in HaeUnDae compared to other places in Busan. But since Daridol viewpoint where you can do Skywalk was built, more and more people are visiting there. The sun goes well with red and white light houses and sometimes fish boats, so the view is so romantic and artistic. CheongSaPo is also famous for grilled shellfish restaurants. After watching sun rise, it is also romantic to walk along the old rail road which is not operating anymore.

7. 기장 죽성성당

(Dream Catholic Church)

예전에 방영된 드라마 ‘드림’의 세트장으로 만들어진 죽성 드림 성당. 절벽에 세워진 성당만 보아도 충분히 감탄을 자아내는 곳이다. 우리나라 같지 않은 느낌의 배경 때문에 조금은 이채로운 일출 풍경이라고 할 수 있다. 일출을 보는 위치에 따라서 성당과 태양의 배치가 바뀌기 때문에 다채로운 일출을 볼 수 있다. 일출이 아니더라도 성당 자체가 예뻐서 여전히 관광객들의 발길이 끊이지 않는 곳이다.

It was originally built for TV Series ‘dream’. The church which is on the cliff itself is wonderful and beautiful. Sun rise can be special because of its exotic scenery. Depending on where you are, the location of the sun and the church can be different, so you can see various sun rise view there. Apart from Sun rise, the church itself is so pretty, so visitors never stop coming there.

8. 해동 용궁사

(HaeDong YongGungSa)

해동 용궁사는 절벽 위에 있는 절로 유명하다. 우리나라 곳곳의 절경에는 모두 들어 앉아 있는 사찰들, 그 중에 하나 이고 해안가에 세워진 몇 개 안되는 사찰 중의 하나 이기도 하다. 절 아래에서 바라보는 일출이 아름답다. 평소에는 일출을 구경하는 사람이 적은 편이어서 편하게 구경할 수 있으나 1월 1 일에는 이곳 역시 일출을 보러 사람이 몰리기 때문에 좋은 자리를 확보하는 것이 관건이다.

It is a temple on the cliff. Temples are at every single beautiful viewpoint in Korea, and it is one of them. And it is on the coastal road. You can see beautiful sun rise under the temple. Usually, you can enjoy sun rise quietly because it is not a crowded place. But on the 1st of January, it is very crowded, so it is important to find a good place to watch sun rise.

9. 민락수변공원

(Millak Water Side Park)

광안대교 사이에서 동백섬 누리마루 옆으로 떠오르는 일출이 절경이다. 이곳은 날짜를 잘 맞추고 가야 멋있는 절경을 감상할 수 있다. 또한, 일몰을 볼 수 있는 곳이기도 하다. 전국 최대의 회 센터가 있는 곳이라서 구경하러 온 김에 회도 먹고 마린시티와 광안대교 야경도 구경하는 것이 좋으므로 일출보다는 일몰이 더 나은 것 같다.

You can see that the sun rises from GwangAn bridge to Norimaru there, which is wonderful. But depending on when you go there, the sun rises at the different place, so keep that in mind. Also you can watch Sun set there. There is the largest Hwe (Raw fish) restaurant there, so you can have some Hwe since you are there, after that, you can watch the night view of Marine city and GwangAnd bridge, so sun set can be better for some reasons.

10. 누리마루 전망대

(Nurimaru viewpoint)urimaru viewpoint)

2005년 부산 APEC 정상 회의로 인해 조성된 후, 여전히 관광객들의 발길이 끊이지 않는 곳이다. 날짜에 따라 일출의 모습이 다른 느낌을 자아낸다. 동백섬의 끝자락에 자리 잡고 있는 곳으로 당시까지 열린 정상 회의 중에 가장 풍광이 뛰어난 곳으로 평가를 받기도 했다. 일출 명소인 동시에 부산 불꽃 축제를 구경하기 좋은 장소이기도 하다.

In 2005, Busan APEC Summit was held there, since then, many people have been visiting there. The place also has a different sun rise view depending on dates. It is placed at the end of Dongbaek island. It was said that the place has the most beautiful scenery among all the places that summit was held. It is a famous sun rise spot as well as a good place to see firework in Busan.

11. 오랑대

(Orangdae Park)

조금은 부산 외곽에 위치하고 있는 이 곳은 사진을 전문적으로 찍거나 취미로 하는 사람들에게 아주 유명한 곳이다. 해동 용궁사와도 가깝다. 용왕당 쪽으로 보이는 일출이 일품으로 기암 절벽에 부딪히는 파도가 멋을 더한다. 바다 쪽으로 뻥 뚫려있으면서도 바다에 있는 돌멩이들의 배치가 감탄을 자아내게 하는 곳이다. 단순히 멋진 일출의 풍광을 보기를 원한다면 강력 추천하는 곳이다.

It is kind of in suburb area in Busan. It is also one of the eight great view in Korea like Dalmajigil. The place is very popular to photographers. When the sun is near YongwangDang, and wave hits on the cliff, it is beautiful. The view is wide open through the sea, and the arrangement of stones at the sea adds beauty more. This place is my favorite. If you want to see the most beautiful scenery, this is it!

12. 이기대 해안 산책로

(Igidae Coastal Walk)

딱히 일출이 아니더라도 산책하면서 멋진 풍경을 볼 수 있는 곳이다. 조성되어 있는 해안 산책로도 운치가 있고 해안 절벽과 오륙도가 보이는 뷰가 경이롭다. 거기에 일출까지 더해지면 정말 더할 나위 없이 멋있는 절경을 감상할 수 있다. 부산에 있는 스카이워크 중에 해안 뷰가 가장 멋진 곳이라고 생각한다. 보는 위치에 따라서 다양한 일출 광경이 연출 된다.

Apart from the sun rise, the view itself is extraordinary. The coastal walk is so beautiful and there you can see the cliff and Oryukdo (island) – it’s wonderful. If you add sun rise on that, it would be absolutely perfection. Among all the skywalk places in Busan, I think Igidae has the best view. You can see different sun rise scene depending on where you are there.

13. 태종대

(TaeJongDae)

신라를 통일한 태종무열왕이 머물면서 이곳의 절경을 즐겼던 곳이라 해서 태종대라는 명칭이 붙었다. 벼랑과 기암괴석이 빼곡히 들어서 있다. 절벽 아래에 위치해 있는 영도 등대가 주변의 환경과 어우러져 멋진 광경을 연출한다. 원래는 우리나라가 어려웠던 시절 자살하는 사람이 많아 자살 바위라는 이름이 붙은 곳이었으나 이를 막기 위해 전망대를 세웠다. 일출은 전망대 뿐 아니라 여기저기서 볼 수 있다.

TaeJong Muyeol, the King of Silla who unified three kingdoms stayed there, and enjoyed the view there, so the place is called TaeJongDae. Cliff and rock stones are lined up tightly there. There is YongDo Lighthouse under the cliff and it goes well with surroundings. It used to be the place people committed suicide when Korea had hard time. So It used to be called Suicide rock, Keeping people from making wrong decisions, viewpoint was built there. Not only at the viewpoint, but everywhere, you can watch sun rise there.

14. 송도 해수욕장

(SongDo Beach)

송도 해수욕장은 스카이워크 (구름다리), 케이블카, 산책로 등 시설들이 잘 되어 있다. 일출 자체는 다른 곳에 비해서는 개인적으로 그저 그렇다. 그러나 일출 이외에 즐길 거리가 많은 편이다. 케이블카에서 보는 일몰 광경도 이색적이다. 일출과 일몰을 모두 볼 수 있는 곳이다. 2018년 1월 1 일의 경우, 한시적으로 케이블카를 아침 일찍 부터 운행하여 케이블카에서 일출을 볼 수 있었다.

SongDo Beach has a lot of leisure facilities such as skywalk, aerial way, and trail, etc. Sun rise itself is,, well,, it’s not bad but not so special compared to other places in Busan. But there are a lot of leisure equipment to enjoy there. You can also see Sun set there and Sun set on the aerial way is something special. In 1 January 2018, on a temporary basis, they opened aerial way early in the morning so people could see sun rise sitting on the aerial way.

15. 다대포 해수욕장

(Dadaepo Beach)

다대포는 일출과 일몰을 모두 볼 수 있는 곳이고, 일출도 풍광이 괜찮지만 특히 일몰로 엄청 유명한 곳이다. 그 중에서도 몰운대의 일출과 일몰은 모두 멋져서 다시 와서 보고 싶은 생각이 들 정도이다. 다른 곳에 비해 조금은 한적한 느낌이 드는 일출이다. 백사장을 주황색 빛깔로 수놓는 장면을 보고 있노라면 마음이 평안해지고 행복해지는 기분이 든다.

You can see both Sun set and sun rise there. Sun rise is beautiful there but the place is more famous for sun set view. Especially sun rise and sun set in Molundae which is very close to Dadaepo beach are both so beautiful. So I personally  wish to go there again next time. I feel like the place is a little quieter than other sun rise spots. When I saw the beach sand turned into orange color, I felt peaceful and happy.
